FETHIYE TARZAN BAY (Fethiye - Kekova - Fethiye Gulet Cruise)

Your cruising adventure begins in the lively town of Fethiye, where the beautifully crafted Turkish gullets embark for a week of a lifetime. We check onto our gullet in the afternoon and we will meet our fellow passengers and crew with growing anticipation for the fabulous week ahead. After a briefing on boat life, we set sail to Tarzan Bay. On arrival, we can immerse ourselves in the crystal clear turquoise water for the first swim of the trip followed by a delicious welcome feast for dinner. We will moor overnight in Tarzan bay. No clues for guessing why the bay is named after Tarzan!!

TARZAN BAY ST. NICHOLAS ISLAND

This morning we make our way to the picturesque bay of Butterfly Valley, which lies at the opening of two huge looming mountains. Breakfast is served and afterward, you may summon the energy to swim to the beach. For those that want to venture a little further, there is a cute 45-minute walk that leads to a pretty waterfall. For lunch, we will cruise over to the beautiful Oludeniz Blue Lagoon. The most photographed waters on the Mediterranean. Thousands of paragliders jump from the mountain here and watching them soar above is an incredible site. If you are craving this truly heart-pumping experience for yourself, we will organize a jump from Mount Baba Dag for you. It is rated as one of the best paragliding experiences in the world. After taking a dip in the blue lagoon, we will make our way to the legendary St Nicholas Island. You can partake in many water sports in this area, taste some fresh gozleme to give you some energy to take the recommended mini hike up to the top of St Nicholas Island. On the island, you can explore some ancient Lycian ruins and be rewarded at the top with a mighty sunset.

ST. NICHOLAS AQUARIUM BAY KAS

This morning we cruise into the crystal blue waters of Aquarium Bay to swim and snorkel. We will spend the morning out on the water. After lunch, we are heading to the town of Kas where we will spend the afternoon and evening.  In Kas, you can visit the ancient amphitheater, wander the old cobbled streets, explore the fantastic jewelry markets, or take an optional scuba diving excursion! Shopping in Kas is second to none so save some Lira for bargaining with the local merchants. After having dinner on board, we will check out the lively nightlife in Kaş. It could be a late night with some karaoke and bar crawling if you are that way inclined.

KAS UCAGIZ APARLAI BAY

We will have breakfast in the harbor and you will have one more chance to stock up on snacks, sunscreen, Turkish towels, and local handicrafts or indulge in another Turkish coffee to truly wake you up. After we set sail we voyage to Limangazi, yet another gorgeous bay. Stretch out on a sunbed with a book or swim to your heart's content.  You will have the opportunity to play backgammon and try to keep up with the locals!! Our next stop is the traditional fishing village of Ucagiz. This quaint old fishing port has managed to retain its charm. You’ll want to spend an hour or two strolling through the village. A fascinating feature to look out for is the 2000-year-old Lycian tombs that are found scattered amongst the houses and can even be seen submerged in the sea. As the sun drops we will moor in Aperlai Bay, where we will enjoy another amazing dinner.

APARLAI BAY KEKOVA GOKKAYA BAY

This morning we cruise on to the famous Sunken City of Kekova, now a UNESCO Heritage site. Because the site is protected we won’t be able to take a dip in this particular area but a swim stop is not far away. Across the bay, we visit Simena Castle, several hundred years of history and a glimpse into the country’s Ottoman past. Some of the best ice-cream on the Mediterranean can be found here. After a big day sightseeing, the boat will dock in Gokkaya Bay offering you plenty of time to cool off with a swim and unwind. Caretta Turtles breed in this area; if you are lucky you may get to swim with them. Later in the evening, should you be in the mood for a bit of nightlife, we can head to Smugglers Inn! Your captain and guide can organize a boat service to take you to Smugglers Island to party like a pirate.

GOKKAYA MYRA FIRNAZ BAY

After breakfast this morning we will cruise towards Demre and the ancient city of Myra, We hope you’ve all been good this year because Myra is the home of Saint Nicholas of Myra, more famously known as Santa Claus, Father Christmas, or Kris Kringle! Why don’t you take an optional land excursion to visit St  Nicholas Church and the ancient city of Myra? After another couple of hours, we will set sail to Hidayet Bay stopping at a semi-secret hidden bay for more swimming and snorkeling. Later in the afternoon we pull up anchor and head towards Firnaz Bay, which will be tonight's stop. Dig into some Turkish delicacies and a huge dinner, and then relax on the sun mattresses under the stars.
